Case ID: LC-2025-001

A 64-year-old male with history of prior CABG presented with angina CCS III. Angiography revealed a chronic total occlusion of the mid-right coronary artery. Antegrade approach failed due to severe calcification, therefore retrograde approach through the LAD–RCA septal collateral was performed. Successful wire crossing and stenting achieved TIMI 3 flow.
